Contact inquiries
The form processes your name, message and at least one reply channel: email or phone. Optional project focus and the page from which the inquiry was sent help provide a relevant reply. The data is used to respond and discuss work requested before a contract.
Browser tools
Colour values, font filters and logo files used in the tools are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded by those tools.
Server logs
The server records basic access information such as IP address, time, requested path and browser details for security and fault diagnosis. The server is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany.
Server copy retention
The server copy of a contact enquiry is kept for up to 90 days after the notification is handed to the mail system, or up to 180 days from receipt if the notification is not handed off. Business correspondence and backups have separate retention periods.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data and object to processing. Write to the email above. You may also contact the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
